Shikha Shukla is an Associate Lawyer at Osuji & Smith Lawyers, where she provides strategic and results-driven legal services in employment, immigration, family, civil, contracts, business & corporate, and personal injury law.
After spending 18 years in Lagos, Nigeria, Shikha pursued her legal education at Christ University’s School of Law (India), earning an integrated degree in Business Administration and Law in 2019. She later completed her LLM at the University of Calgary in 2023, specializing in Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law. Prior to moving to Canada, she gained invaluable litigation experience working alongside senior advocates at the Supreme Court of India in New Delhi.

She is also a mentor with IMPACT Mentoring & Networking, a program founded by the Indian Society of Calgary to help newcomers and immigrants connect with local mentors and gain a better understanding of the job market.
