As a Legal Officer with the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission, Samantha provided expert legal advice on international nuclear law and represented Ghana at International Atomic Energy Agency conferences. Prior to this, she worked as an associate for a private law firm in Ghana with particular focus on analyzing and prosecuting insurance claims, wills and estate matters, debt recovery, and commercial agreements.
Presently as a Legal Assistant at Osuji & Smith, Samantha demonstrates her commitment to the Canadian legal system by conducting client interviews, attending court sessions, drafting legal documents, and providing comprehensive legal research and administrative support. Her experience includes preparing legal briefs, opinions, correspondence, retainer agreements, and participating in professional development initiatives.
