…Kehinde Iroche is an experienced internationally trained legal and business professional with over 15 years’ experience spanning the legal, financial services, and real estate sectors. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008, he has worked in top-tier law practice, held key in-house roles, and advised on major corporate and financial transactions.

Kehinde has previously served as Legal Director in a Sports Administrative Agency, Assistant Company Secretary in a commercial banking group, and later as Managing Partner of a Lagos-based law firm, leading cross-border advisory work and compliance engagements. His experience includes corporate governance, commercial transaction advisory, dispute resolution, banking and finance advisory, and real estate transactions—most notably supporting a multimillion-dollar housing development project and advising fintech clients on equity acquisitions and regulatory licensing.
