Anastasia Lussier - Senior Real Estate Paralegal…Ibrahim is formerly from Sierra Leone, West Africa. He joined Osuji & Smith Lawyers as a Legal Assistant and Real Estate Paralegal after completing his practicum at the firm in April 2023. Ibrahim became interested in Law after serving as an outreach and court coordinator for Special Court for Sierra Leone in 2005.

Ibrahim grew up in Sierra Leone and moved to Canada in 2018. He grew up in a large family where he learned strong family values such as respect and love for others. Prior to joining Osuji & Smith, Ibrahim enjoyed helping and supporting people, a skill he developed whilst working as a Human Rights Activist and regional Peace Ambassador for Mano River Union. Ibrahim worked with several international organizations, state and non-state actors including agencies like UNICEF, WHO, Office of National Security, DFID, USAID, Special Court for Sierra Leone, Human Rights Commission, Humanist Watch and World Vision Canada.

Ibrahim has more than 11 years of experience in human rights related issues, peace and conflict relations, advocacy, monitoring, surveillance and emergency response activities.

These experiences are rooted in his everyday activities. Ibrahim is highly organized and treats everyone with dignity and respect.

In his free time, Ibrahim plays soccer (football). He also enjoys biking and dancing.
