Currently a Student-at-Law and Compliance Officer at Osuji & Smith, Enaya brings over a decade of experience in foreign legal practice, privacy, and organizational management to support efficient, client-focused service delivery.
In practice, Enaya supports civil litigation and employment law matters, assisting with drafting and reviewing pleadings and correspondence (including demand letters and litigation materials), coordinating court filings, organizing evidence and records, and tracking key deadlines to move files forward efficiently. Enaya also contributes to settlement discussions and mediation preparation, ensuring materials are clear, complete, and well-managed.
Enaya further supports the firm’s corporate client services, including corporate filings and annual returns, maintaining accurate records and helping ensure filings are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
As Compliance Officer, Enaya supports firm-wide adherence to internal policies, professional obligations, and privacy/confidentiality standards by assisting with policy implementation, promoting accountability, and strengthening consistent documentation and process controls across the firm.
Outside of work, Enaya volunteers as a sound technician and engages in photography and videography, contributing to his local church’s media department and nurturing his creative passions.
