Mehrnoush Emamiamin is a Legal Assistant at Osuji & Smith Lawyers. She brings legal experience gained in both Canada and internationally. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, and later obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada.

During her studies in Canada, Mehrnoush gained valuable experience supporting legal education through teaching and administrative roles, where she contributed to course delivery, legal writing, and law office procedures. She began her legal career in legal support positions, assisting with litigation preparation, legal research, document drafting, and immigration-related matters.

In her current role, Mehrnoush supports lawyers by drafting legal correspondence, managing client files, coordinating court filings, and assisting with billing and administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of files and overall workflow.

Fluent in both English and Farsi (Persian), Mehrnoush is able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, helping ensure they feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Outside of work, Mehrnoush enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Calgary’s parks and trails, reading, and staying active in her community.
