Rashi Jhaveri serves as the Manager of Legal Support and Executive Assistant to CEO & Managing Partner, Dr. Charles Osuji, at Osuji & Smith Lawyers. Operating at the intersection of leadership, operations, and client experience, she plays an integral role in supporting the strategic and day-to-day functions of a fast-paced, multi-service law firm.

Known for her exceptional organizational acumen and professionalism, Rashi oversees complex operational workflows, executive coordination, and high-level administrative management with precision and discretion. Her ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain seamless internal operations contributes directly to the firm’s efficiency, responsiveness, and client service standards.

In addition to supporting executive leadership, Rashi is deeply involved in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring a polished experience across every point of interaction. Her calm, solutions-driven approach and attention to detail make her a trusted point of contact for both clients and colleagues alike.

Rashi’s role extends far beyond administration. She is a key operational pillar within the firm, helping drive organizational excellence, internal coordination, and the high standard of professionalism Osuji & Smith Lawyers is known for. Rashi is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujrati, and Kutchi, allowing her to effectively engage with clients and professionals across diverse communities and industries. As part of her continued professional development, she is pursuing her National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) accreditation and is working toward becoming a lawyer in Canada, demonstrating her dedication to excellence and long-term growth within the legal profession.
