Zulqernain Syed is an internationally trained lawyer holding an LL.B. and an LL.M. in Commercial Law, with more than ten year of experience in civil, commercial, administrative, and regulatory litigation in common law jurisdictions. He has represented corporate and commercial clients before superior courts and has managed complex litigation across multiple procedural and review stages. His experience also includes negotiating and drafting contractual arrangements for corporate clients and businesses. He previously served as Senior Manager Litigation with the Etisalat Group (U.A.E), where he managed a litigation portfolio of more than 400 cases.
At Osuji and Smith, Mr. Syed works closely with counsel and is involved in court and administrative proceedings across employment, commercial, and immigration matters, contributing to the advancement of files through substantive legal research, analysis, and drafting.
