Sally Osuji is an Associate at Osuji & Smith. Sally undertakes a wide range of assignments in the Firm’s family law, Corporate & Commercial Practice departments. She handles family and commercial litigation and transactional matters for business corporations.
Sally received her law degree in 2014 and started her legal career in Nigeria before immigrating to Canada to complete her Master of Laws at the University of Calgary. Sally was called to the Alberta Bar in August 2023. She articled and worked at VanderLeek Law where she practiced in a variety of areas including family and surrogate court litigation, corporate transactions, and wills and estates.
Prior to articling at VanderLeek Law, Sally worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer at Kenna Partners, legal assistant at Alberta Justice and Solicitor General, and volunteered as a Graduate mentor at the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law. it was working at Kenna Partners law firm that initially sparked her interest in Corporate and Commercial law.
In her spare time, Sally can be found either at home reading, swimming, or out running.
