Sally Osuji is a Consulting Lawyer at Osuji & Smith Lawyers, where she advises clients on Corporate Law, Commercial transactions, Employment & Labour Law, and Family Law & Divorce. With legal experience spanning both Nigeria and Canada, Sally brings a thoughtful and commercially informed perspective to her practice, combining strong legal analysis with practical, solution-oriented guidance for both businesses and individuals.

Sally obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Nigerian Law School in Abuja before beginning her legal career in Nigeria. She later relocated to Canada, earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Calgary, and was called to the Alberta Bar in August 2023.

Prior to joining Osuji & Smith Lawyers, Sally articled and practised at VanderLeek Law, where she gained experience in family and surrogate court litigation, corporate transactions, and wills and estates matters. She also worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer at Kenna Partners and held roles with Alberta Justice and Solicitor General, experiences that strengthened her understanding of both transactional legal work and client advocacy within complex legal environments.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and composed approach, Sally is committed to providing clients with clear, effective legal support tailored to their specific needs.
