Amanda Leonard joined Osuji & Smith Lawyers as Strategic Growth Advisor, working alongside Arc & Ember on the firm's growth strategy. She's spent more than two decades building relationships across Canada, Europe, and Africa, and she brings that range to how she works with the firm's leadership.

She doesn't work from a script. Amanda asks a lot of questions, listens for patterns most people miss, and uses what she learns to help teams find a clearer path forward.

Before Osuji & Smith, Amanda held more than 40 roles across a dozen countries. She managed client relationships and led brand and communications work for private-sector clients in Malawi, founded and ran an independent learning program for children in South Africa, and led community programs and strategic partnerships at Highfield Regenerative Farm in Calgary, where her contacts ranged from municipal officials to visiting international delegates.

Amanda lives in Calgary. Outside of client work, she's still chasing the same curiosity that took her to a dozen countries in the first place.
